When making your transactions via Digital Banking Channels; Internet Banking, ATM Banking, SMS Banking and Telephone Banking a SMS pin will be sent to your registered mobile phone and your transactions will be much more safer. The pin sent to your mobile phone is only for single use. The SMs pin sent to your mobile phone has to be typed in to the place ask in 3 minutes. If you do not enter the pin to the system in 3 minutes the pin will be cancelled. The pin that is cancelled would not be sent to you or to any other customer again.
One time Password SMS When Login to Internet Banking
You can make your banking transactions much more safer via Internet Banking with one time password sent to your mobile phone registered on our system. After typing in the e-password or the information asked when login with card at the second screen the system will ask you to enter the one time password sent to your mobile phone number registered on our system on time. If you enter your one time password incorrect the system will ask you all the information again.

After making your banking transaction via Internet Banking we will sent you a SMS verification code to your registered mobile phone number for your transactions safety. When making a large amount of transfer transaction via Internet Banking at the last screen a SMS verification code will be sent to your mobile phone and you will have to confirm the transaction so your funds can be transfered safely.
Telephone Banking's Security SMS
When you call Telephone Banking a SMS code will be sent to your registered mobile phone number for your ID and account safety. You will have to give the SMS code to the customer representative within 3 minutes without hanging out the telephone. If the code you give is incorrect or you have called again a SMS code will be sent to you again and you can not use the same code.
Any other person can not make any financial transactions or can not get information even if they knew your ID information because of the one time code sent to your registered mobile phone number.
