Transferring Funds From Abroad

Money transfers within the TRNC are carried out via the Electronic Payment System operated by the Central Bank of the TRNC. To receive such transfers, simply provide your account name and UBAN (National Bank Account Number).

For international transfers to your İktisatbank account, please share the information below. To ensure a secure and high-quality service, we facilitate international transactions through our correspondent banks in Turkey.

*Kindly be advised that, North Cyprus banks do not usually have their own SWIFT code, or an IBAN number which our banking sector relies upon for conducting international money transfers and so, in order to be able to transact at this level, we usually rely upon the Swift code and/or IBAN number of the intermediate bank, Turkiye Vakıflar Bank to use to complete such transfers on behalf of Iktisatbank. Please remember to write your account number details with us in the Reference/Additional Details section, since the IBAN belongs to Iktisatbank.
