Job Description:
At İktisatbank, we continuously seek forward-thinking individuals to be part of our dynamic team. Through our General Application process, we evaluate resumes for potential placements in various departments and positions across İktisat Financial Services Group, both for current and future opportunities.

Candidates who successfully complete the evaluation and interview stages will participate in a comprehensive training program, after which they may be assigned to our Head Office departments or branch offices.
These roles include working as part of our Operations or Marketing teams, with responsibilities centered around managing processes and tasks in accordance with applicable legal regulations and internal operational guidelines.

In addition to day-to-day operations, team members are expected to:

• Contribute to reporting and data analysis,
• Offer innovative suggestions for process improvement,
• Assist in product development initiatives.
  
  

Ultimately, our goal is to deliver high-quality banking services and to nurture future leaders who will help shape the strategic direction of İktisatbank.

Candidate Profile – Key Qualifications:

• University graduate,
• Fluent in both English and Turkish,
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications,
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to establish workflows,
• Capable of adapting to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment,
• A proactive team player with leadership and motivational skills,
• High sense of responsibility,
• Demonstrates discipline and meticulous attention to detail required by the role.
