Your information must be correct to schedule a Branch appointment. Please make sure all provided information is correct.
Dear Customers,
The Ministry of Health now requires that you present one of the below mentioned documents in order to visit bank branches:
Therefore we kindly require you to present one of the below mentioned ‘ADAPASS’ application QR-codes during your visit our bank branches:
  • If you are vaccinated, an AdaPass Vaccination Card or Green Card with a QR-code or,
  • If you are not vaccinated, an AdaPass Green Card with a QR-code showing a negative PCR or Antigen test result taken in the last 72 hours or,
  • A letter from the Ministry of Health or the relevant authority showing that you have priorly contracted coronavirus.
