This year, with your help, Iktisatbank is supporting the Children in Need Foundation Christmas Campaign. Each year the gifts that are donated to the charity are distributed to the underpriveleged children of Northern Cyprus at Christmas time. A small toy can make a big difference to a child’s life.
The Charity have worked hard over the years supplying computers, helped with refurbishing classrooms etc. and have even provided a bus to take children out on day trips to the beach and the local countryside, this interaction has made a major difference to these children’s lives and one child who had not spoken for 6 months has started to speak again through the help and support that has been provided.
Iktisatbank are asking members of the public who wish to, to provide a small gift to donate to this very worthwhile cause, if you would like to donate a gift, Iktisatbank Karaoğlanoğlu, Karakum, Osmanpaşa, Famagusta and Güzelyurt branches will be the drop off points and will pass the gifts on to the charity. All the charity asks is if the present is wrapped that you indicate if the gift is for a boy or girl and the age range it would be intended for. Children from any age 0 to 18 years are looked after by the charity. Gift donation ends Monday 14th of December.
