Planned Service Interruption in ATM and POS Services

On 26 November, our technical departments planning an essential  system maintenance after 11:00 PM which will result in a service interruption. As a result of this maintenance Digital Banking, ATM, POS and Card services will also be interrupted.

• Please arrange your ATM use and cash needs in advance and make alternative tentative arrangements for use of your credit card during these hours.
• If you are a merchant, please advise your staff and clients that credit and debit card services on POS machines will be interrupted during these hours.

We will carefully follow up how this affects our network and make sure our services have a minimum influence on them.
