KOBIGEM - IKTISATBANK in co-operation are providing government supported loans for improvements, business growth and modernisation to businesses operating in the field of manufacturing and information technology sectors.
The SME government supported project loan is available to businesses in the industrial sector with a turnover of over 10 Million Turkish Lira. 70% of the value of the project cost is available from this government supported SME investment loan. In accordance with the customer’s request 20% of the loan amount can be taken as a cash advance with the remaining amount being taken in stages, in accordance with the project.
The TRNC Ministry of Economy and Energy will pay 6 points of the loan interest, with up to 1 year grace period and a maximum term of up to 7 years on the loan.
