BANKING IN TRNC IS MUCH FASTER WITH UBAN!

A new era is beginning in Northern Cyprus. Now you can make your money transfers faster with UBAN ( National Bank Account No). All Iktisatbank branches and Digital Banking channels are at your service for all of your UBAN transactions.

WHAT IS UBAN?
UBAN (National Bank Account No) is a number that will be used instead of the existing account numbers throughout all local banks. It will ensure that money transfer transactions are made much quickerly.

UBAN will become a requirement of all accounts after 06 October 2017 instead of account number.

UBAN will be standardized and a unique number will be allocated to each account number. It will be necessary to use this number when making transfers such as EFT, Wire, transfers between your own accounts. With UBAN all banks in Northern Cyprus will be using the standard 28 digit numbers instead of the differing account numbers.

HOW TO CALCULATE THE UBAN NUMBER?
You can obtain your account's UBAN number via Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Telephone Banking and by using the UBAN calculation tool on our official website.

Also you can confirm whether an existing UBAN number is correct by using the UBAN Control tool.
