Our interactive voice response system operates together with our telephone banking service which is available between 08.00- 22.00, plus you can also receive additional services together with our banking services outside of working hours.

In order to receive information about your banking operations  24 hours interactive voice response system with Turkish, English and Russian you need to have an İktisatbank credit or debit card.
